Boiler Breakdown and Servicing
We offer a boiler breakdown repair & servicing service, with annual boiler servicing from as little as £70. Breakdowns are treated as priority and we will endeavour to repair the same day (subject to work schedule, and parts being available if required).
All gas appliances should be serviced/inspected annually to ensure continued safe operation.
Full System Checks
We can also carry out full system checks including checking cold water storage/feed and expansion tanks within loft spaces. Checking the correct corrosion inhibitor chemical levels through testing (click here to read about the effects of corrosion on heating systems), re-pressurising systems, venting radiators etc.
Landlord Gas Safety Checks
It is a legal requirement for landlords to ensure continued gas safety within rented properties through having the gas supply/ appliances checked, and certificated by a gas safe registered engineer qualified to work on the appliances present, annually.
We can test and issue landlord gas safety certificates from £65, and can cover all domestic gas appliances. Please contact to book an appointment.
